By submitting a request to be connected with a local landscaping professional, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Referral Service Only – C6 Advisors, LLC / www.localprolandscaping.com is a lead generation and service/project referral service that connects homeowners, property managers, home builders and realtors with independent landscaping and irrigation contractors. We are not a landscaping or irrigation company, employer, or agent of any contractor.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee – We do not guarantee the quality, workmanship, pricing, or availability of any contractor referred through our service. All agreements, contracts, and payment arrangements are strictly between you (the homeowner, property manager, home builder or realtor) and the contractor.

3. Independent Contractor Status – The contractors in our network operate as independent businesses and are solely responsible for their work, licensing, insurance, permits, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability – C6 Advisors, LLC / www.localprolandscaping.com is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising out of or relating to services provided by any referred contractor. You agree to hold C6 Advisors,LLC / www.localprolandscaping.com, its owners, and its employees harmless from any claims or liabilities related to your project.

5. User Responsibility – It is your responsibility to verify the qualifications, insurance, and references of any contractor prior to hiring. We recommend obtaining a written contract detailing the scope of work, pricing, and timelines.

6. Indemnification - YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY C6 ADVISORS, LLC / WWW.LOCALPROLANDSCAPING.COM, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, AND ANY PARTNERS AND HOLD THEM EACH HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR DEMANDS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE C6 ADVISORS, LLC / WWW.LOCALPROLANDSCAPING.COM SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE WWW.LOCALPROLANDSCAPING.COM WEB SITE, WITH REGARD TO ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.
