Albert hired us to conduct contractor evaluation on three exterior services. Pool, Landscape and Pest Control.
Our research and interview with the service provider showed that the schedule they provided and the billing dates on invoices/work orders did not match. The home owner asked several times for the company to review the bills, with no response. The contractor was replaced after careful selection and an understanding that the new contractor will follow a specific scope of work and schedule. C6 Will monitor this vendor thru our proprietary service deliver system as well as make quality control visits to the home.
